Staff Biographies Laura Lee, Executive and Artistic Director, Acting Youthquake Director.
Laura wears many hats within our organization; she is the Executive Director of Diversity Arts Project, manages the Diversity Dance & Theater performing arts troupe, and is Acting YouthQuake Director. In June of 1994, she co-founded Diversity Dance Workshop (now Diversity Arts Project). Her career as a dancer, choreographer, director, writer and producer, has spanned 26 years. She created an organization similar to Diversity Dance Workshop in Germany, which tours throughout Europe for nine months each year. She returns to Diversity Arts Project after teaching at the Maxwell Baha'i International School outside of Victoria, BC for the past three years.
