| Dear Applicant: Welcome! We are delighted that you are interested in joining Diversity Dance & Theater (DD&T), an arts organization with a passion for making a positive difference in the world. Our guiding principles include celebrating diversity; gender equality; personal and artistic excellence; and eliminating prejudices, violence, and abuse. Each year, the members of the troupe bring these principles to life through re-creating the show using each individuals distinctive talents, through performing our work in front of thousands of people every month, and through the integrity of our relationships with each other and the world around us. There are three essential requirements for joining: - A high school diploma, GED, or acceptable certification from your state or country that you have the equivalent of a high school education.
- Willingness to explore and the courage and commitment to perform on stage before literally thousands of your peers and others.
- A passion and desire to contribute to positive social change, not just with words, but with a pure heart and sincere actions.
